2017-2018 Registration Information


Early Bird Discount Until June 1, 2017 ($50.00 off each player for the 1st 2 players in a family)
Monday, May 1, 2017 - 6pm – 8pm at the Warsaw Arena
Wednesday, May 3, 2017 - 6pm – 8pm at the Warsaw Arena
 
Note: First year players need to bring a photocopy of their Birth Certificate

**NB:  All hockey payments are due by September 1st this includes all payment plans.
